The golf workshop at the Salobre North course has been operating since it was first opened in 2008 by Rubén Boldú, known as the prestigious Golf Smith.

Real Club de Golf de Las Palmas (Las Palmas Royal Golf Club) is the oldest golf club in Spain. The course was designed by Mackenzie Ross.
